Double Din for 05 Dodge Ram

I'm trying to find a Double Din to install a Pioneer Z1 for my Truck. I've seen other posts that says that y ou can get the 06 Double Din Bezel and it'll work, HELP!!!!!

i think i seen one on ebay not to long ago...you can always do a custom double din. move your heat controls down and cut and smooth the open spot
