Default steering wheel position

I recently took my 06 ram 2500 ctd into the dealer to have a warranty repair made and while there mentioned that the alignment seemd a little off and the doors were creating a rattling/chirping sound. Needless to say those minor, but none the less irritating, items were not resolved. The doors still make sounds and they said they adjusted the centering of the steering wheel which is now worse than before. I don't want to leave the truck at the dealer again for these things. Does anybody have specific instructions for adjusting the steering wheel (I don't think it is out of alignment)? Also, instructions for removing the door panals ?( I believe the sounds are coming from there). Thanks.
