Default Has any one replaced pulleys?

Ive been reading about replacing my pulleys to increase my trucks power. I am hesitant to do so though because I never hear of people doing it, and if it was as good as these companys that sell them claim then wouldnt more people be doing it?

I put a MOTO Blue pulley on my Hemi and I can honestly say that for noticable power, that it was the biggest waste of money. Maybe on a Dyno at redline the HP is higher but 99.9% of driving there wasn't anything to notice. I wouldn't mind an "overdrive" pulley for my altenator so my voltage gauge stops dipping down under the middle of therange at idle.

those pulleys also have had issues from the manufactor. on other sites many people have complained that they would not fit properly causing warping

They really aren't worth the trouble on trucks, unless you are sqeezing every last HP out of your mad racing truck. Cars don't have as big alternators, PSU's, etc., so they are more practical for these mods.
