Default 2007 HEMI reverse problems

HAHAHAHA, Im starting to get sick of this.
The truck has less than 2,000 miles on it.

First the truck stalls in reverse(that is getting checked out when I go downstate)
Now, when in R it will actually be in neutral, I hit the gas and the RPMs go up but I go no where.

also, it was hit by someone in the school lot who obviously doesn't know how to park a car.

Me too! Only happened once so far, but I put the car in R, and the gauge showed it in R, but it was actually in Neutral! [sm=wtf.gif]

I hope it was an anomaly and it doesn't happen again.

Its just sad.... it is a simple problem, but it pisses me off so much because I have to take time out of my month to schedule appointments.

when you move the selector to drive does it act correctly? I am no tranny expert but I think its all done eletronically now,so maybe something as simple as a solenoid?

Yep, same thing here. 400 miles on my new '07 and it has popped out or reverse once on initial accelerationand also had no response once after placing it in reverse. Shifting back to park, then back toreverse again remedied the situation both times. Will have to see what the service dept has to say when I go in for my first servicing.
