Default clicking noise !!! left bank found out what !

OK Im a long time chevy guy..... I bought an 03 dodge brand new been real happy then here lately it sounds like lifter noise comming from the driver side bank of cylinders My truck hs 140 k on her. Shes been great I do all the maintenance ...no problems.... Now I start hearing clicking I took the valve covers off three time before I could wrangle a rocker arm off and the lash adjuster is collapsed and stuck down........ arrrrg. I got one off but I really need the tool you see in the haynes maual for this ... but now one has it anybody got an Idea where I can find one it allows you to collaps the spring without taking the cam out.... looks wonderful but jeeaashh finding one has been a beeeech ! got any clue. dodge dealer was no help sting with the knowledge I guess wanting me to bring it in .... yea right I have 6 vehicles and I do all the work so Im not trusting my truck too a few guys with ase badges......

Check with either Snap-On, or K-D Tools either should have it.....Good Luck

found the tool ......246.00 dollars . Not going there !! doesnt matter now ( telling on myself)I dropped the darn spark plug 10mm retainer nut down into the freaking timming chain area ... so ive got the timming cover off and I guess I will pul the cam and do them all real quick ....

good thing is I got the oil pan and the timming cover spotless and sludge FREE!!!

Well , all goes well I found my tensioner in town my lash adjusters are worn a$$ out, Im just going to pull the cam since I can do them real quick that way just gonna be a bugger going back together ......any tips or things to watch out for ... Im going to mark everything so I get it back where it all goes and make sure timming is ok.I have the front cover off now anyways (after looking for the nut I dropped) I found it in the antifreeze bucket just after pulling the front cover I pulled the oil pan first hoping and praying. . Things have gone well though after the day of disaster . Got everything cleaned up painted replaced it if it needed it ....
