Got this in the mail today..... Will be on as soon as the truck cools down a bit...




Fastman 85mm throttle body with a half shaft and knife edge plate. Cant wait to see what it'll do ....

Nice purchase. Let us know how you like it with the knife edge. When I had mine done I didn't do a knife edge bc some guys said it made the throttle a little too touchy. I would like to hear how it reacts for you bc I might knife edge mine.

Did you ever get those LT's on?

Can you take closer pics? And what is the knife edge? I can assume but would rather not. Im looking for a core I can take to work and put on the lathe....Hehehe

ok what is the benifit of this i have seen them but not up on what they do?
truckin you spend more money on your truck than most people do in a year ...nice work brother

Better throttle response.

Venturi Effect -- The speedup of air through a constriction due to the pressure rise on the upwind side of the constriction and the pressure drop on the downwind side as the air diverges to leave the constriction.

Since I installed mine I found that it gives the truck nicer throttle response (some would call it touchier) and better pep when driving around town. For the price it is a pretty nice little mod.
