I know people are running this I just need some pics to figure out how to route the exhaust. I am gonna be getting some lt's and I have to keep the cats for emissions. I have a 05 1500 hemi 4x4. So if anyone can help of show some pics of the setup they did with cats that would be so helpful. I have had the hardest time tryin to figure out how to rout it because the headers run so close to the curve in the y pipe and the transfer case is right below it.

Check Moes performance for some undercarriage pics. Look in the header section and the Y-pipe section. pretty sure he shows pics.

Think you could adjust the pipes and move the crossover back a few inches to make room?

Im thinkin the only way I can do it is weld collecters onto the cats and bolt them directly to the headers or put the drivers cat where the pipe crosses over but idk if it will fit between that crossmember and the tranny....I just wanna get this figured out before i install headers and have to ride around with open headers till i find smaller cats... I already have tru duals that connect nowhere that I just plan on putting an x pipe after the pipes straighten out on passenger side

I can check when I get home but where I have he cats now resting in the middle of the crossmember is roughly 3-4" from the end of the header collector
