Default Power to Ignition Coil but no spark.

1999 dodge ram 1500 5.9l
got truck about 2 years ago already had no bus message on odometer.
waterpump pulley went out, parked truck replaced water pump. Now truck will crank but not start
have replaced:
-crankshaft pos sensor
-ignition coil
-new asd relay (have power to relay)

all fuses are good, fuel pump is good.
I have power going to ignition coil positive but the negative gives me a very weak light on my test light. No spark from ignition coil to distributor cap. Made sure all my pcm grounds are secure and touching bare metal. I’m thinking the PCM has finally gone out. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Check the connection for the coil ground at the PCM. Dirty connection will give you those symptoms.

the ground wires coming from my PCM are clean and secure. Do you mean the ground connection pin on the PCM plug leading to ignition coil?

If you have power at the coil while cranking, the crank position sensor is doing its job..... does sound like a failed PCM......

Trying to delete my message after I looked at the wiring diagram and can't find the delete button.

Power is coming from the asd relay, Coil will not fire unless the pcm sees inputs from both crank and cam sensors. A test light is not the best method to test it.
the negative gives me a very weak light on my test light.
You tested this while cranking the motor correct? Should not be constant.
