Thanks, guess I'll go with this method until I can find the proper wire in there somewhere. I'll let you know how it works out.

Same as how mine is wired. It might cut on once or twice after I cut it off and no battery issues.

there is a extra relay spot in the fuse block next to your battery that is only hot when key is on. If you want the fan to only be hot with key on then you just need to plug the yellow wire into there. I will take a picture of it tonight when I get home and show you which one it is. Mine has been plugged in there for a few weeks now and have had NO issues. And it makes no difference whether or not it runs after truck shuts off, I just don't like hearing it run after truck is off, sounds to importish!!
