Default Will 2007 ram 1500 lights fit my 2006?

looking to replace my headlight and tail light assemblies with stockers. I like the look of the 2007 with the two round parts in the tail light. Also the 2007 headlights look like they dont have that huge yellow reflector across the bottom.

They look similar in shape, would they bolt in?

Headlights should be a direct swap.
tailights will need slight modification. Nothing much at all, but splicing will need to be done.
I'm sure there are some guys on here that would be willing to swap tails with you. many guys like the smooth older tails more than the newer one's.

they are not a direct swap....the 06 has an extra light bulb but will fit no issue, just got to do something with the extra light.

just cap off the extra light bulb or leave it hanging, it is for the amber strip at the bottom of the 06 lights.
