Default Hard wiring in a dash cam help

2010 Ram 1500 Crew Cab LST

So, here's my issue.

I see plenty of advice on hard wiring to a switched off

I see plenty of hard wiring to the powered rear view

I see some of wiring to the expanded center console

Hemrietta has neither of these, and I want it always on. Mine is an unpowered rear view (I'm a savage, I know). My center console is a "short" one. There is a drop down that flips down at the bottom near the floor on the center hump.

So my question is, is the wiring for the powered rear view up there still? I still have the roof hump where the map lights and stuff would be at.

That vid shows tapping into a plug that I'm not sure I have due to the shorty center.

Any tips? I have to drive to a way out of state doc appointment and I want to have this in by the end of the week. I know, short notice, but I had no choice but to wait. I have plenty of electrical ability, I replaced my entire stereo system on my own with a sub (I've actually done all of my maintenance, since I bought her brand new, myself with the exception of recalls).

Unfortunately, medical issues have taken a bit of a dive. I had to do my plugs yesterday. I had my daughter help, her first time, and she did great!...I'm so proud..."Why would I pay someone to do this? It's easy.." She's in school the rest of the week though. So it's just me. My body is....not happy from yesterday. I'd like to have everything as lined up as I can.

Oh, and Car Toys or something isn't an option either. I can't sit that long (it's incredibly painful), and I frankly don't trust others to work on my baby.
