Does anyone use this mount on the rearview mirror of a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500? The stem on the rearview mirror looks quite short, but I am told some people are using this product.

Could someone please confirm/maybe take pics to show what it looks like mounted on the short stem of the 2009 rearview?

Dont have pics right now but I am using it with my V-1. Looks great and I also am using a stealth cord adapter that plugs into the rearview mirror power.

 

I use the BlendMount for my V-1 hardwired. It looks great, very sturdy and easy to adjust.

 

I'm using one with my Escort 9500 ix. Fits fine.

 

Just bought one for my 2012 and will give it a try once the temps drop a bit.

I never thought I'd pay for one of these until now. No other good way to mount the detector in these trucks?
