i have a new 2010 dodge 1500 quad cab like to put a new muffler on it were the new hemi is way to quiet, looking at a muffler or full cat back system, which has a better sound flowmaster or dynamax, should i just want a deeper sound i do not care about perforance.
do you have single exhaust or dual? i Purchased a flowmaster super 44 series and i have the hemi with just the single exhaust and it sounds mean as hell?
I didnt really have the money to change bumpers and go with the dual pipe system yet.. i paid 60 bucks for the muffler and 90 for the install and love the deep aggressive sound
i have the single exhaust hemi ,i added a super 44 flowmaster and cut out the resator> was i supposed to do that ? will it affect my truck in a bad way? can someone please let me know? thanks
I have the factory duals and am replacing the muffler this week with a flowmaster delta 40. Having it done at a local shop-muffler and labor= $150. I like the sound of the flowmasters.
Just added super 44 to a 2011 ram 1500 , sounds sloppy unles your in it , been a week now people have said to remove the neg battery cable for an hour to reset the brain , any help here on this
It is because a flowmaster is probabally the worst flowing noisy piece of junk you can buy. Either put the stock muffler back on or buy a quality exhaust.
