Looking for a good place to run a wiring harness from inside to outside. 09 Ram 1500 quad cab 4x4 big horn

For my back-up camera, I ran it through some pre-cut access holes in the right front door hinge area. There are two frame pieces about 2" apart and a rigid insulation piece there. The frame holes don't align perfectly so you have to do some snaking around but it's do-able.
