The problem with Wheel locks is all you need to get them off is a good pair of Vice grip's. I have seen a lock that has a key in the end of it and the outside metal just spins until the lock is unlocked. However I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I only searched for a few minute's maybe you will have better luck. The other thing I noticed is you can get keys for any lock you want. They even make a kit that is universal and can get any lock off. You may want to look into an alarm that has motion sensors, so when they lift up the truck it will go off. That may help more.
