Default 2010 TRX Hemi

Just bought it last night.....had them swap my wheels and tires.....

The new Hemi definitely kicks ***....I love it.

It's brilliant black with gray trim.

So, I have been in a 3rd gen for a couple of years.....let the 4th gen modding begin.....

I almost got another blue one, but that black just drew me in!

For wheels, I have Cragar Soft 8s.

Don't really need the 4WD....extra weight and I drive almost 100 miles per day round trip.....don't the need the extra weight, maintenance, etc....

And truly, down in here in Houston, there are not that many 4WDs to be found. Plus, they are like $3K more!

Default What Wheel Size / Offset do you have

Hey nice truck! I have a 2010 Dodge Ram TRX Crew 4X4 stock height which I use for work on rough oilfield roads in Canada summer and winter and drive in all sorts of crap. I found it difficult to get reasonably priced good quality offroad tires suitable for work in the stock 275/70/17 size. I have just put on 285 Cooper Discoverer ST Max tires on my stock rims. They fit and do not rub but the clearance to the edge of the upper control arm is very little and I worry about them rubbing at full extension or compression. I am guessing you did some research in your rim tire choice and I was wondering what the wheel size and offset it is that you have and how much clearance there is to top of upper control arm. I am wondering about buying a 0.25" wheel spacer for mine or finding a wheel configuration that would work better. It does not look like yours stick out much past Fender flare anyway. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
