Yep, good choice on the dual axle. It's not so much the weight to worry about (unless you are running a single axle) but the brakes that will be needed to haul that weight. My trailer has a slant front not just a flat face, which must help with aerodynamics because I don't even notice it back there, and I have a Full bed, cabinets, a sink w/ 40 gallon fresh water tank and cabinets/counters. Not to mention the bikes and quads that I am usually hauling in it out to the dunes or desert. My trailer has a 7000# GVWR and dual axle braking system.
