i got a question... so a buddy of yorus you ask him to put on the battery while your doing something else.. and he puts the negative on the positive and the positive on the neg... and sparks fly.. what is teh potenial damage done here.. everythign works inside the truck besides my stereo touch screen.. any answers for me.. i dont wanna do back to the dealership with out knowing what im about to face!

You can quickly check your fuses, that would be where I would start with the stuff that is not working. Hopefully that is all that the problem is.

I know the my gig radios are really sensitive and a power surge like that could have fried it. However, the dealer doesn't have to know what the gory details are of what happened, they just need to know that your radio just all of a sudden stopped working if you catch my drift...warranty baby!!!
