Great experience with Lund, bought some Lund Auto Vent Shade inchannel vent shades, drivers side seemed to be cut different then the passengers side left a gap between the corner and the mirror. The passenger side went all the way down.

Wrote them about it asking if that was normal or not. They sent me a full set to replace them front and rear. No proof of purchase no pictures nothing. I have nothing but respect for customer service like that.
