2010 Ram Crew Cab: Any down side (mechanicaly, performance) replacing the stock seventeen inch 275s tires with 315s?

Keeping same stock same wheels, just a tire swap.

Less MPGs, so I guess that would be a "performance" number.

Anytime you add rotational weight you will decrease performance.
