Default Painted my mirrors!

Had my body shop guy smooth and paint my side mirrors, lovin it!!

Thats looks great. But i asked a body shop guy a while back about painting my set and he said its a lot of work to prep them so the paint will not chip over time..

Any risk of the paint chipping? Did your guy do anything different to prevent it..

I had my guy paint my mirrors on my 05 GMC and they stood up for over 3 years (until I traded it in) with no chips or anything...its all in the prep work.

That looks awesome man. I love your truck. If I had leather seats I would steal your idea for the mopar logo head rests.
