Default I won $5,000 on ebay motors... what to buy?!

Ok, I entered a contest at the SEMA show for ebay motors and apparantly Im the grand prize winner! I won $5,000 in ebay motos gift certificates. Im thinking I want a 6"+ lift plus wheels and tires on my 2010 ram 1500 4x4. Theres a few options out there... procomp, rancho, rough country, etc. Any suggestions? Also, I dont know where to start with wheels and tires! I think I want 18"-20", and not sure what tire. Help!

Thanks!

if your for real, id go with the mopar lift if your still underwarranty. A guy I know's truck came with it and he loves it. alot of guys on here will say other companies, but its the only kit that will maintain your trucks warranty, should something come up down the road.

if you dont know wheels and tires... well I dont know where to start you. chrome or colored? 18= more rubber on wheel, 20s always look good. how many spokes, spokes out onto the dish, deep dish, busy wheels, rivet wheels. check out all off road sites and check out wheels.

tires, nitto terra grapplers are the best way to go. trail terrains if you really off road.

I love my rough country lift only weakness of the 6 inch is their rear upper control arms are a terrible design I just cut my original arms and matched them to the same length as rhe ones that came with the kit

Make sure you factor in gearing while you're working the budget... Nothing worse thn hopping in a great lookking liufted truck only to find that it is undergeared.

I agree. I would do a lift, bigggg tires, heavy rims and a gear change. That's probably a bit more than you have but you're most of the way there and it would be an awesome transformation. I've had both 17s and 20s and always liked the meaty tires. I think the 18s look good and are a happy middle ground.
