So my 12 did not get done quite as fast as it should have. I also sold my old truck in 2 DAYS! I rented a car for a month and now that my truck is a little behind Charlie's has loaned me a 2012 Durango R/T.
Charlie's gets it, that being customer service. As far as I am concerned my truck can take its time now. Although I should have it within a week.
