Complaints, do they care?
Admin, if this thread is in the wrong place I apologize, please feel free to move it, I'm kinda new. Can anyone tell me what # to call at Dodge to complain and just in you opinions, will they listen and do they care?? Thanks!
Depends on what your complaint is about. If they won't help you you could always try the Better Business Bureau. The BBB got me $600 when my FCM went out on my 06 Dakota. They also helped me get new brakes on my 2011 RAM.
Caution Thread Hijack in progess!!!!
Why did you need new brakes on a 2011 model?
Actually it seems there's very little they can do. Each dealer is an independent business. The dealer can lie to them as well as treat you like crap. The customer service told me in reality I'm better off trying another dealer. I know they're right because the first dealer never returned any calls, from the service mgr all the way up to the owner. I love my truck but the biggest mistake I ever made was buying it from New Smyrna Dodge. the sales man and finance SEEMED to be good buy the owner and service MGR are the most arrogant people in customer service I have ever met. I will bad mouth them every opportunity I get. PLEASE, if anyone knows them PLEASE have them read this. As of today, I have already cost the one customer in the lawn business that buys 2-3 trucks every few yrs, not only for sles but also service.
Trust me Shibby. When something breaks and they won't fix it I'll take it further. Must be something in the air in New Smwrna, the Ford dealer service across the road was no better.

yeah but like they said, there's basically nothing they can do since the dealership is a privately owned business. If they don't want my business just treat me like a piece of crap, as they did. Customer service said to go to another dealer for service and future vehicles, and I will. No problem. I like working local but nothing ays I have to.
