Just wondering if there is any progress or additional information regarding the recall investigation of the rear differential on the 2009/2010 model years? Recall investigation was announced in late July. I don't know how quickly these things proceed, but when you read about rear differentials locking up and/or driveshafts snapping it's a big concern. Any information about the source of the problem, or the recall itself, would be appreciated.

 

I posted a while ago from what I read, something about the pinion gear/ring? It did not say if it was the 3.92 limited slip or the 3.55's, I would imagine at some point more info should come out. From what I read the rear end would lock up.
