Default My new 2013 Laramie!

Well, I bit the bullett a couple weeks ago and traded up for this 13 Laramie, it's fully loaded with the Hemi. I loved my 09 I had before this one, it was by far the finest truck I had ever owned, but first impressions of this truck surpass it. I do believe it drives a little smoother with the new frame, and seems to be a tad better on fuel milage with the new features and aerodynamics, time will tell for sure on that one. I pulled my boat to the Ozarks the other day on fishing trip, my old truck would burn a full tank there and back, this one i had a quarter tank left, think the 6 speed tranny compared the 5 I had helped in the hills, it seemed to find a better gear to pull the boat up the hills. The Uconnect feature is a big improvment as well.

Anyhow, love the truck so far, thought I'd share it here with some Dodge lovers!!

Congratulations on the new truck PICTURES! Same trans. One very very minor difference in 2nd gear done with programing. That was done just to say 6 speed for sales. What was ratio rear gear was old truck? New truck? Thats where the difference would be. That and some with tires. 20s versus 17s?

Thanks guys! Gear ratio is the same, tire size etc. I did have some all terrains on my old truck, but that's the only difference, this truck has the new SRA's there putting on them on now. Not sure of the difference, I even had a flowmaster on my old truck, this one still has stock exhaust. I always thought my old truck didn't get as good milage as they were advertised, but then again, I didn't by a hemi for fuel savings I guess. Perhaps it was something with my old truck?

Loving this one so far!

Very nice upgrade, congrats!

I love the monotone Laramies. I haven't had the chance to mess around with them any, but I've heard nothing but good things about the new UConnect and the RAM's gigantic new center cluster EVIC.

So, any mods planned for this one?

The SRA tires are the reason you`re seeing better mpg.
All terrain tires are heavier, also have ALOT more rolling resistance, which hurts mpg`s.
Swap them SRA`s out, you`ll see a difference in a hurry on the mpg... it`ll go backwards in mpg`s

Nice lookin truck...!!!!
