Could you explain what you would like us all to decide for you...?
What package do you have now vs what you are wanting to trade for.
The picture you uploaded looks to be a 2013 SLT w/foglights and 17inch aluminum wheels (?)
Personally, i like the sport trucks myself, no chrome bumpers to rust out on you.
I have a 2010 SLT QC Hemi 4x4 w/chrome bumpers that have been replaced 3 times already due to rust.
I also have a 2010 Sport 4x4 hemi QC, no rusty bumpers, all body color, can repaint if needed... chrome, not so much.

Generally, if you bought your 2010 brand-new, it would not be financially worth it to swap until you've owned the car for 5 years or more. If you bought it used, you won't be taking the hit on depreciation so it might be a little more worth it, but that's really up to you to decide. What kind of features would you be getting in the 2013 that you don't have in the 2010, and would those features be worth it to you to spend the extra money?
Only you can answer that question. Perhaps if you were more specific about what you like in the 2013 that you do not already have in the 2010, we can be more specific in our opinions as to whether they are "worth it."

the dealer said that the 2013 got more power than the 2010 but i was searching the net and found that they are the same or maybe 5 hp more as some people say , the options i dont have in my 2010 are the big screen and folding mirrors and the fog lights and rear defrost and sunroof plus the new dashboard gauges which in my opinion doesn't worth the extra money(about 14000 usd) and i like the short bed on my 2010 the 2013 is with 6f bed as my 06 ,don't know if any major changes on the 2013 engine
Sounds like you have convinced yourself to stay with what you have. 14k sounds like a lot to me but I guess it also depends on the mileage on the 2010 and how it is running.

Personally, and this is just me, i wouldnt do it. The 2013 dosent have anything on either of my 2010 hemi trucks as far as i`m concerned. If you`re the type that just wants to throw away money, go for it, but i think what you already have is the best way to stay for now. Five more horsepower and electronic steering, dial shifter in dash, dosent add up to any gains to me, money wise. What you`re mainly trying to do is have others make your decision for you. Look at what it will cost vs what you`ll end up with, that alone should make your mind up all by its self. If money isnt the object, then by all meens spend it, if you think you really NEED the new shiney paint. Best advice, if you go upside down in your loan for it...stop right there and DONT make that mistake.

I think the biggest decision like 706jim said is whether you prefer a quad cab or the crew cab. Other than that it's not hardly any difference at all. Maybe if the 2013 had a console and the 2010 did not, NAV, color choice or wheel style could also enter into it but those are more window dressing goodies. My CC serves my needs more as a passenger vehicle but fills in as a pickup when needed. I orignally got almost $12k off my 2009 CC in February 2009. It was right before the tax rebates but that would have been a wash anyway. I only have 36k miles on it and can still get a good book value if sold to a private buyer. That could take time of course. Couple that sales value of the 2009 with the 2013 new truck incentives and it might make sense for me to grab a new model with updated goodies and the 8-speed tranny. I haven't driven one to see if the tranny is all that big of a deal though. If it isn't I would probably just keep my 2009 CC.
