I've owned a dakota for the last two years and just upgraded to a 2009 Ram. Love it so far. Its an slt big horn with the hemi. Fully loaded minus leater and sunroof (thats ok, I hate leaky sunroofs and a cold **** in the winter lol) including the alpine premium sound that rocks pretty good. The dakota forum was super helpful so I figured I would join here! So far its got a 2 inch leveling kit and a muffler delete until I get the time to upgrade to a flowmaster 40 series lol

Thanks, I really like it so far. Super sharp truck inside and out. New wheels and tires, possibly another lift to clear 35's. What tuners are good for these hemi's? I know superchips was the way to go on the Dakotas, haven't researched what was good for the Rams lol K&N Cai, hid's, projectors and tail lights. Tossing the idea of deleting all of the chrome, usually not a fan of chrome but it looks good on this truck. That's why I love plasti dip. Try it out and if I like it I'll have it all powdercoated, if not peel it off lol I never keep my trucks stock for long and am always tinkering with them so it will be an ongoing project
