whats with all the pop ups? not a good idea, keeps sending me to other pages. am i the only one??

I use an iPad and I am getting pop ups.

I have cleared my history etc, still happening.

 

I use Chrome with Adblock plus. It's a free add-on so you dont have to even install it on your computer. It shows that on this page alone, Adblock has blocked 33 pop-ups for me
I also use another adware program simultaneously. I get absolutely nothing. My Advert section to the right is blank. There are no pop-ups on text words, there is no banner advert at the top either.
DF runs very fast with these removed. If there were no other option to have them removed, I wouldn't be here any longer. They slow things down, feed me stuff I am not interested in and more importantly, they get in my way and irritate the crap out of me.

 

Is anyone else getting pop-ups on this website?

I use an iPad too and have never had pop ups until last week. My settings are to block pop ups, but I guess they figured a way around that. It's pissing me off, I constantly end up in the App Store.

This and the delayed loading of the page which constantly makes me click in the iPad apps for ram owners thread. I can tell I'm not alone there as there are almost 12000 reads of that thread.
