Default Bigger tires affecting transmission?

Hey guys, I am getting ready to put a leveling kit and 35's on and people are starting to say that it's gonna hurt my transmission. What's you guys' thoughts?

Bigger tires always put more stress on the driveline.

But surely just going from stock 33's to 35's wont hurt it. Will it?

It ads centrifucal (don't know if that's spelled correctly) weight to the drive train but that's not really enough to "hurt" your tranny. You will notice a decrease in mpg's and you won't be as fast off the line.

Mainly it'll increase wear on the unit bearings tie rod ends and ball joints. It also decreases your towing ability, but if you are leveling I'm assuming you don't tow anything substantial.
