Default trouble codes/ smog check/HIDs?

I have some codes,

U0100 Lost Communication with Ecm/pcm

B1630 right low beam control circuit open

B1660 Front Fog lamp control circuit high

check engine light never came on, one mechanic used his scanner said these codes were for O2 sensor & Catylitic conv. That info doesnt match my research on those codes.
Any experience with these codes?
FYI i have HID low beam & fog, also fogs have some type of relay installed to get rid of flickering.

No idea what that means. after mechanic scanned, i rescanned using my superchips scanner. Could it be my scanner didnt pick up the codes his scanner picked up?

So even if you get the readiness monitors set, it will still fail.
