Hey Pitbull, hope all is well? I just hit 9000 miles and starting to notice when leaving a stop sign almost as if rearend gears are like spinning then grab. No noise just almost like a stall after stepping on gas before they gra . Maybe 37's a little too big for stock gears. Headed to shop next week to see what is going on and will post findings. Have you experienced anything like this? Thanks

I have no issues with my truck - gears or tranny. I do have 3.92's in mine.

I did have slight hesitation in my 06 megacab that I had an 8" lift and 38" tires on, but never did figure out what it was.

I took it to a transmission shop, and they could not find anything wrong either.

What rear end do you have?

 

Hey Pit, thanks for responding. I have the same and like I said I have appointment scheduled for this coming week. I'm sure they probably won't notice anything (dealerahip) that's why I thought I'd ask you. I have basically the exact truck except the color and unlike you building your own and being much more knowledgeable about stuff like this I just bought mine done.
