I finally took advantage of the recall program today.

I got a new Ram 1500 Express with Hemi and 8 speed auto. I used the 2K incentive that was offered to me with the recall program.

Although not as many options as my outgoing truck, I think I like it. The color is really nice (Maximum Steel).

I also got some interesting options such as 3.92 gears and 32 gallon fuel tank.

So, I'm happy. No more wondering how much I will sell my truck back to Dodge for.

Thanks, but I still have not owned it in daylight yet.

I test drove it in daylight, bought it in the dark, and now in the morning, it is still dark.

 

It's gotta be light now.....

 

And it's dark out again.

I just love that color with the chrome wheels. It's what sold me. I just realized this is my first vehicle ever without a CD Player or tape deck.

Yes, this thing really doesn't have a CD player and I didn't realize it until after I bought it. No biggie though, I just have to rip some CDs to my phone and I have a year of satellite radio anyway!!
