Does anyone on here have any experience with the Mopar Vehicle Protection plan? Is it worth it?

 

I have never purchased the plans before, and never needed to yet. I always buy certified used, so they come with powertrain warranties, and that's all I've ever needed.

Others have not been so lucky.

It's up to you. If it's a genuine Chrysler/Mopar warranty, and a few thousand dollars is worth peace of mind to you, go for it.

 

I would imagine to determine "worth it" we need someone to chime in who's used it.

I purchased the fancy shmancy extended cover every wire and bolt on my wife's Durango.

Haven't had it back to the shop for anything other than a recall yet, so I can not say.

However, my wife is comfortable with the piece of mind of having it.

Did not buy it on my truck.
