Default What is this for?

Bought a 2014 Ram 1500 Club Cab used and I have been through the owners manual and there is nothing in it about this part of the instrument panel. I didn't buy form a Dodge Dealership, so learning about how certain things function has been an adventure.

Thanks in Advance!!

you scroll thru several different screens using arrows on left of steering wheel
screens include trip A trip B, speedometer, fuel efficiciency and others...
the one shown will show the digital odometer
