Default VIN Decoder

I have been told that there are "vin decoders" out there that will tell you what options, and extras your vehicle has. I have bought a 2009 Dodge Ram, and would like to know what this vehicle really has on it. I am looking for a free decoder, if possible, if not which paid version is the best.
Thanks
Mike

Build sheet.

First you go to this LINK

http://www.dodge.com/webselfservice/...ull&category=U

and fill out all the required information.

Then in the area that says "Briefly describe" put "Vehicle Build Sheet" .

If you want to elaborate a little more as to why you want your build sheet, use the additional information area.
