Default Fender Flare Question

I have an 09 Ram, sitting on Fuel Assualt 18x9 -12 offset with 305/65R18 KO2's (similar to 35X12.5). I'm looking to purchase fender flares but thinking with the bushwackers pocket style they'll stick out and make the appearance of the truck look funny.

Just wondering what everyone else is running for an offset and what style of flares you guys run with them

Bushwackers are too expensive, try these out.

You know the dimensions on these? I looked them up but couldn't find the dimensions. I don't want fender flares that are as wide as the bushwhackers. With my wheel offset I'm about 1" past fender, bushwackers are about 2.5" in the front I believe. I want them to line line up with the offset of my tires

This is what it currently looks like. Will put a better picture of wheel/bumper/fender alignment when I get home to show how far it sticks out

I measure just eye balling, I measure 1.5" from the fender line to the outer tread ribs

I believe the fender flares are 2" but that includes the mounting surface.

I have the paint matched Bushwackers, but I do not remember the offset of my wheels.

I did purchase a more "economical" set of flares, but sent them back. Yes, I would of been a couple hundred bucks ahead after getting them painted, but I liked the look of the Bushwackers a lot more.

Sounds like you're looking for a lot of tread to hang out there, and I agree on not wanting the flares to over power your tires.

Can't find a head on pic, but I'll check my phone and post later.
