Default What are the best online sites for genuine parts?

Just bought a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7 v6 crew cab 2wd.

Looking to add oem keyless entry. Where is the best place to order something like this.

Thanks!

There are MANY huge dealers around the country, who sell parts, that have separate websites with a different name. If you paste their 1-800 number into Google you can usually backtrack which dealer it is.

moparonlineparts is an example. Their price is usually the same as my cost at the dealer I work for, but they charge you shipping. There are also a few on Ebay and Amazon that are actually dealer parts depts. usually selling overstock to make room in their inventory.

Walking into a dealership and paying list for a part is not an option IMO. Too much markup / MSRP

Dealers are too expensive for parts. Looking for affordable oem parts.

I know when I had a vw that worldimpex and idparts were the goto sites for parts and deals online.

Anyone use moparpartsoverstock?

Read my post again. Most of those sites are run by dealers and sell at cost prices. Mopar overstock is great for discontinued stuff and backordered parts.

I did and I appreciate the help. I was just asking if there was more of a go here or here for the best prices. Typically the forumites know where to shop online and there are specific sites people find the best deals.

I'm just new to Dodge in general and have no idea where to start.

Thank you for the replies.

I just google what I need and then search for the cheapest price. Rock auto is the go to place for repair parts.
