What is this Switch? Factory or Added On?

Just purchased 2018 Ram 4X4 1500 can't find out what this switch under Blower Speed **** is, Can't locate in Owners Manual. Switch looks like Factory, Any HELP would be appreciated.

That looks aftermarket. Trace the wires to see where they go.
