Octane rating for the 5.7

I have searched with no luck.

Does anyone have the recommended octane rating for the 5.7 hemi? Just wondering what kind of fuel my truck will use.

Recomended 89, but will work with 87.

it gets slightly less mpg with low grade then 89, did the same thing when i programmed mine with the superchips low grade vs supreme.

We haft to wait till almost 2010 for it to come out for the 09, I havent even seen a K&N air intake for the 09 yet and their usually way ahead.
