Default Biased Toyota Fansite Reviews new Ram

So the whole reason I joined this forum is to talk about how dumb this article on this Toyota fansite is. They compare the new Ram to the Tundra and they decide that the TUNDRA IS BETTER??!

Not only do they say that the Tundra's engine is better (how dumb is that - Ram has 400 hp tundra only 380) but they don't talk about the better fuel economy.

The Tundra's frame is a joke they don't know how to build trucks Dodge builds trucks.

I read the whole thing and it's totally biased...a real joe-job of a "comparison".

their review seems fairly complementary to the 2009 Ram
... not biased to an extreme

it would have been better
if during their test drive up that mountain road
they had measured acceleration
and fuel consumption
with such a heavy pull

their comments about tires making a lot of difference
in panic stops is dead on,
it is not just the size of brakes

They really only chose areas where the Tundra would do well... what else would you expect on a Tundra forum? But, the writer did a decent job complimenting the Ram also.... Had they talked about fuel milage, comfort, usaubiltiy, warrantys, styling it may have been a different scenerio.

Maybe so, but I still think this comparison really smacks of bias. Where's the discussion of the Tundra's bed bounce?

http://www.tundraheadquarters.com/bl...-our-position/

Why doesn't that hurt the safety rating? Sounds like a lot of people are scared to drive their Japanese trucks.

I don't care how good any jap vehicle is.... I'd rather push my Dodge. Or even a Chevy or a Ford! I'll drive a yota the same day I give my guns up to our new muslim president.

+1

but i don't think i'll ever push my truck... just because i don't see it ever breaking down. and i'd call a tow truck lol

i'm not going to read this because i don't want to get pissed off. When somebody does a real comparison to the two best trucks on the road. Which are in my opionion... the new F-150 and the Dodge Ram. then i will pay attention.

I heard GM was adding a heated tailgate as an option for the 2009 model year. That way when they shut down next spring and you can't get parts, at least your hands will stay warm when you're pushing the dadgum thing around. haha

What, every one things Dodge is the best truck on the road? Lets turn the tables of have a dodge owner do a review of the Tundra on a Toyota web site.

If your happy with Dodge, Than that's all that really matters, Brand loyality can really kill you when the brand fails to deliver.

The First version of The Tundra was not a good truck, The newest attempt has brought Toyota into the for front of the full size market, The Tundra led all the Domostic truck builders to revise thier products just to compete.

I'm happy with My Ram, could care less if some othier brand owner is not...
