i've not heard of a 3.6 v6 but have heard of the direct injectioned phoenix v6's for chrysler on allpar.com
I'll agree that the V6 is not a total slug. I got it because I wanted a stick, and didn't need a half-ton or HD. I saw a late 70's F350 dump truck for sale recently with the Ford 300 six. Granted, straight 6's are cooler, but that's your slow truck of the day.
I'd also like to see your E3 wire setup on a coil-on-plug ignition system
Lastly, direct-injected, boosted engines are way cool. Hopefully the Dakota survives long enough to recieve one. If not, maybe the next Ranger.
