Default 2009 power Wagon

I am trying to find out how get rid of the sensor light for the low tire pressure. I want to disconnnect it. HELP!

it's a safety feature... they don't want you to turn it off. and this is in the wrong section.

I haven't had any problem with my Ram's TPMS, but my girl's 08 mini Cooper is terrible. Every morning when the tires are cold the light is one and the car is chiming away with warning sounds. I understand it is a safety device, but it needs to work properly or people are going to either find ways to disable or ignore the warnings.

yeah by law they (as of 2008) are required to have it installed on every new vehicle sold. you could change out your rims, but it wouldn't make the light go away. the only way to do that (that i know of) is to keep the tire inflated. (not trying to be a smart ***)

There is no way I know of to disable it. It is part of the keyless entry system...

Mine was on this week when it was -26. I just aired them up to the recommended cold pressure and it was off
