Can uConnect and Gracenotes be upgraded

Can uConnect and Gracenotes be upgraded
via the internet or do I have to go back to the dealer for firmware updates. Don't think I actually need it now, but was wondering if could be done via internet. This is something I would watch for and update as they became available. Anyone know the current version of each? Currently I'm at ver9.214 on the uConnect and ver 881 for Gracenotes. Jeff.
