Default Ram Box and Tonneu cover

I'm looking at a new ram 1500 and thought about the ram boxes. I have yet to see a ram box with a fiberglass tonneu. Anyone seen one? I've seen several soft tops. I don't want to spend the extra money on a ram box if I can't use them independant of the tonneu.

I don't see how that would work, the ram box doors open into the bed all the way to the bedrail. They will not open with a bed cover on the bedrails.

I haven't even seen a tonneu cover cover made for the shorter 09 bed, I have had a snugtop on my last 2 Dodges and plan on putting one one this one as soon as it is available, I decided that the ram box would not work for me because of the cover deal , the extra 1800 cost didn't help either!

There are some covers out there for the Crew Cab's 5'7" bed already. Extang makes a few. http://www.extang.com/ The Revolution model they list for the Rambox even (they call it a cargo box) but I don't know if you would have to pull back the cover in order to open it or not.

Not sure about a fiberglass version. Something tells me it will come in time, but it might take them a little bit to figure that one out as they would almost certainly have to put cutouts in it that hinge open with the Rambox.

1800$ is too much for me to consider the Ram box. If I were a contractor, maybe.
