Lift and tires for big horn

I have an '09 crew cab big horn and i was looking at lifts. I just don't know if i should get a leveling kit from rough country and put 33s, or maybe put a 4in lift and go for the 35s. i don't know of any 4in lifts yet. can anyone help?
