Ordered an '09 1500 !!!
Hello all...been on the forum for awhile...but just yesterday I ordered a 2009 Ram 1500 4x4 Crew Cab for my wife. She'll use it as a daily driver as we'll as tow our Starcraft travel trailer. Can't wait for delivery !!!

Congrats! I know your wife will love it. Pricing appears to be headed down again. Today, Chysler is advertising no upcharge on hemi motors. That will save another $1K. I wish it was a grand off all of the trucks because some people might want the 4.7.
How much did your total MSRP come to and what did you end up paying after rebates etc.?

Sticker price at $39600, Dealer stuck at $33k (not including tax/tags).
I thought that was decent until I read your post -

The base on the Sport package is a little more than the base of the SLT ...

you guys should shop around.. i just got a $44,000 Laramie for $32,600 on monday... get a quote from one dealer.... take it to the next dealer and tell him to beat it.. then go back to the original dealer and show him your new quote.. have them out bidding eachother.. ask them to throw in oil changes and whatever... make em work for your money
