Default 2 questions Rims/skid plates

Alright guys, i need a little help here, Cleaned up the truck the other day, looked beautiful, noticed the rims were a little bit too dirty, so, Chrome polish wont work on the chrome clad because obviously its not chrome, what can i use here to clean and protect it, I noticed mopar.com has a cleaner that is for chrome rims but also for chrome clad.

My next question, I went under the truck last night only to realize there is nothing under the truck to protect the motor, my old 2004 dodge dakota, and my current ford lightning have a plastic shroud to conceal the motor, or at least keep all of the road debris out. I work on job sites, so i would not like to see mud all up in the motor. I purchased the mopar skid plates, and they do protect the transfer case and the front suspension, but can still clearly see up into the motor. Any mods out there? Any websites you recommend.

Thanks

Steve

I'd rather have no plastic around the motor. it makes it easier to power wash mud and debris out of there.

I used some Eagle chrome wheel cleaner on my '07 chrome clad rims and it worked great. I'm guessing it will work on these as well. Might just need to try a different product than what you used.
