I know at Spring Dodge in Spring, TX they have 45% off base MSRP on all their 2009 1500's. I would have hopped on this but I just bought a 2008 Ram from them last November for 50% off!

Nice. I looked into 08's as well but at the time they told me I'd save thousands more if I bought the 09.

I'm in Ft.Worth. They must be taking the difference between MSRP and invoice off the price as well. Does anyone know for sure?

Are you sure about that? That would mean a 40k Sport truck for $22k. I dont see that happening.

50% off a 2008 might be possible since its the old model, but not 45% off the new model.

I'm not sure. But here's an example of how the dealers work it when negotiating. This is $11,235 off. This particular place went down to 13k after haggling, but they didnt have the truck i wanted. This was on a Ram Crew Sport.

MSRP is $39695
Employee pricing is $34593
rebates $1000
Chrysler finance $1000
Hemi $1153

Your total EP price $ $31440

Dealerdiscount $ 2980

Sales price $28460.00 plus Tax Title and License.

Thanks. That's almost identical to their offer except for the dealer discount. None was offered.

It could be true for the base Dodge Ram MSRP though. The base Ram starts at 22240$. 45% of that is 10008$. The remainder is 12232$. Then add on everything else normally to the discounted base price of 12232$.

I drove to San Antonio to get 15k off mine. There's multiple dealers offering that on Laramies or loaded Sports. You should most definitely get some dealer discount. In regards to how much is where the negotiating comes into play.

I drive past the place everyday... I'm dead sure. Check out this link!

I couldn't believe it myself! Like I said I just bought my 2008 from them last November for 50% base MSRP, and then they go and mark off 45% on the 2009's. In a way I was kicking myself, but I am perfectly fine with my 2008!
