No b/c the pipe/tube length are most likely different on the intakes. If you want to get the xdi try autoanything and google "autoanything.com coupons" and you should find some for like $15 off or 10-20% off. I would not buy an 08 intake and hope it will fit the 09's b/c the layout under the hood is much different due to the TB being moved. Compare the pic on this page http://trueflow.iwebcat.com/imgVD/TFL/30709.pdf for an 08 hemi intake vs. the one in this thread for 09's and you will see why it won't work.
